 WeatherSmartPro Adjusts Run Times Based on Actual Weather Data The WeatherSmartPRO utilizes two separate data sources to determine how to adjust your watering run times for your exact location and climate.  Your zip code is used by the controller to determine the historical average summer high temperature for your location and to estimate water evaporation due to solar radiation  The Wireless Weather Station tracks daily rainfall and temperature. It uses this information, compared to the normal summer high temperature, to adjust daily run times – and to shut off the controller when it rains or the temperature approaches freezing.  Run Times are Automatically Adjusted up or down to Maximize Water Efficiency and Keep Plants HealthyUsing daily weather data, the WeatherSmartPRO automatically adjusts watering times, so your plants receive the right amount of water for your location and climate.
