WeatherSmartPro Adjusts Run Times Based on Actual Weather Data

The WeatherSmartPRO utilizes two separate data sources to determine how to adjust your watering run times for your exact location and climate.

Your zip code is used by the controller to determine the historical average summer high temperature for your location and to estimate water evaporation due to solar radiation

The Wireless Weather Station tracks daily rainfall and temperature.  It uses this information, compared to the normal summer high temperature, to adjust daily run times – and to shut off the controller when it rains or the temperature approaches freezing.
