Put a stop to the flow of water at the end of your tubing or dripline with the 0.710 in. Compression End Cap. To install, insert the tubing into the compression ring, and an internal barb compresses the tube for a watertight connection. Comes with a removable cap so you can easily flush out the line as needed, or expand your system. If youre having trouble inserting tough tubing, try softening the ends by soaking them in hot water, or leaving the tube out in the sun. The compression end cap is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors to prevent cracking.
- Works in a variety of areas, from small to large, flat or sloped, at the end of the drip line
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the 0.710 in. compression end cap connects to 0.710 in. supply tubing or dripline to close the end of line and stop the flow of water
- Rock the end of tubing back and forth while pushing it into the compression fitting, where an internal barb will compress the tube to hold it in place; for rigid tubing, consider soaking the tube end in hot water or leaving out in the sun
- Periodically check for leaks or damage and replace as needed
- Fits 0.710 in. tubing with outside diameter of 0.710 in.
